We are a cashless venue. All major credit cards are accepted. Artists subject to change. Due to security enhancements, please arrive at least 45-60 minutes prior to event time. Please only bring essential items with you. Chesapeake Arena will only permit CLEAR BAGS 12"x6"x12" or smaller. Any bags/backpacks that are larger in size will need to be returned to the owners vehicle or disposed of. No audio/video recording. Tickets can be purchased online up to the start of the event. After this time, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the Chesapeake Arena Box Office.
Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
